LS3P announced Noah Morris, AIA, LEED AP, CDT, has been named the firm’s National Living Market Leader. In this role, Morris will lead efforts to expand LS3P’s multifamily and senior living practice through design excellence, strong client partnerships, and cohesive cross office collaboration. Notably, he has led design teams for more than two dozen public-private partnerships and affordable housing communities leveraging tax credit financing, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to housing that supports diverse populations and strengthens communities. “His ability to connect people and ideas across disciplines will be critical as we continue to evolve our Living market nationally” stated Chris Boney, LS3P’s Chief Strategy Officer.
Since joining LS3P in 2024 in the firm’s Raleigh office, Morris has quickly distinguished himself through his market insight, collaborative leadership style, and steady focus on stewardship—of clients, project teams, and the firm’s long term vision. His portfolio includes notable projects such as Kane Realty’s The Porter Multifamily in Raleigh, the Triangle Mobility Hub, a major joint development between GoTriangle, the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina, and Hoffman & Associates, Greystar Modular Housing projects across multiple locations, and Abbotswood at Stonehenge, a senior living community for Kisco Senior Living in Raleigh. Morris is actively engaged in the community and in professional organizations.
