A Southeastern commercial real estate firm has sold a high-profile development site in the Midlands.
Trinity Partners successfully facilitated the sale of a prime development site along Huger at Lady streets in Columbia’s Historic Vista District, according to a news release
The 2.43-acre site was sold to Silver Hills Development, a Midwest based multi-family developer who plans to develop a 250-unit multi-family project on the site. The site was a portion of the former headquarters of Kline Iron & Steel Co. Inc. Founded in 1923, Kline was a leading designer and fabricator of broadcast towers and a leader in the structural steel and steel coating industries.
Trinity Partners team members, Bruce Harper and Rob Lapin represented the seller.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
