Avison Young’s Rob Howell, Gary Lyons and Woodson Hunter represented Naturaland Trust in the purchase of 87.53 acres on Altamont Road in Greenville from Hiller & Hiller P.A. for $1.5 million.

James McKay and Harris Houser of Avison Young represented Canvas Lofts in the leasing of 3,366 square feet  of retail space at 455 Buncombe St. in Greenville to Kind Café Greenville LLC. Rakan Draz of Trinity Partners represented the tenant.

Matt Foster of Foster Commercial Properties represented the buyer in the sale of 1,959 square feet of space at 1209 E. Washington St. in Greenville.

Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia represented the transaction brokered the sale of 241 Westfork Road in Gilbert, a 0.97-acre land site purchased for $300,000.

1341 Pineview Drive in Columbia, a 3.00-acre industrial land site, sold for $200,000, with John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia serving as brokers in the transaction.
