Scott Stocker joined Boeing in 2005 as an industrial engineer and completed a three-year international assignment at Boeing Aerostructures Australia in Melbourne.

Over his career at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Stocker has held several leadership positions, including director of Boeing South Carolina 787 Final Assembly, director of 787 Production Control and operations leader for the New Mid-Market Airplane Future Production System.

He served as vice president of 737 Manufacturing, leading production activities for the 737 MAX and P-8 programs. He also served as vice president of Manufacturing and Safety for Boeing Commercial Airplanes and chair of the Boeing Manufacturing Operations Council.

Stocker was named to his current position in December 2023, leading the team that designs, builds and delivers the 787 Dreamliner. He oversees execution of program priorities and shapes long-term strategy for the 787 production system. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
