Deb Sofield founded Executive Speech Coaching Co., where she helps business leaders craft authentic, impactful presentations that connect with their audiences. Sofield earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Speaking from Bob Jones University.

Her approach emphasizes genuine connection over corporate formality. “Your audience wants connection,” Sofield said. “Corporate speak does not work, but customer speak does and that only happens when you craft your presentation for the audience you are addressing.”

Sofield’s commitment to service extends throughout South Carolina. She chairs First Monday in Greenville and serves on the Salvation Army Auxiliary. As past president of The Campaign School at Yale, she previously chaired the Greenville County Museum Commission and founded the Upstate Republican Women’s Club.

Her contributions have earned recognition including the Order of the Palmetto, South Carolina’s highest civilian honor, and selection as one of 50 Celebrated South Carolina Women. Sofield holds distinction as the 42nd woman in South Carolina to earn an auctioneer’s license under the licensing system.
