Philip J. Wilson co-founded RealtyLink in 1998 with Neil Wilson, establishing a Greenville-based commercial real estate development company specializing in retail and restaurant properties. As principal, Wilson manages and coordinates operations across RealtyLink’s various development entities.

Under Wilson’s leadership, the company has completed more than 600 projects nationwide, encompassing grocery-anchored shopping centers, power retail centers, single-tenant build-to-suit developments, multifamily properties, industrial facilities, self-storage and mixed-use properties. Wilson has developed projects for major national tenants including Publix, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Starbucks, Chipotle, CVS and dozens of other retail and restaurant brands.

RealtyLink’s full-service development approach has earned significant client loyalty, with 80% of business coming from returning clients. The company employs more than 70 team members and provides comprehensive development and property management services across the country.
