Zachary Kane | LS3P

LS3P announced that Zachary Kane, RA, LEED AP, NCARB, has been named the firm’s National Government Market Leader, a firmwide role in which he will guide strategic growth and national vision for LS3P’s government practice. In this role, Kane will lead efforts to strengthen LS3P’s government market presence spanning federal, state, and civic agencies—through client relationships, design and technical excellence, and cross‑office collaboration. A graduate of Ball State University, Kane brings 28 years of professional experience, including 19 years dedicated to the federal sector, with a national and international portfolio encompassing more than 100 government facilities across the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He returns to LS3P in the Charlotte office with 12 years of prior experience at the firm, where he previously served as an Associate Principal, contributing to more than 150 projects and over $1.4 billion in awarded federal Design‑Build construction. Notable work includes serving as Design Lead for the $450 million F‑35 Depot Maintenance Hangar at Cherry Point, NC, a 27-building campus for the Armor School at Ft Benning, GA, and leading architectural efforts for the USAF Life Support Area Master Plan at Al Dhafra Air Base in the UAE. His work emphasizes technical rigor, regulatory fluency, and disciplined execution, supporting government clients through Design‑Build delivery, stakeholder‑driven planning, and high‑stakes coordination.
