Project description: Coming soon, Melrose Market, a new café-style restaurant designed as a gathering spot for neighbors and friends. The market will feature casual indoor seating, a full bar, a lounge, and an outdoor patio. Studio 2LR worked with co-owners Chad Elsey and Jeb Babcock to create the inviting design for the new restaurant. The shopping center was designed by SEED Architecture. Melrose Market is set to become a new destination for dining and connection in the heart of Melrose Heights.

Project description: Prisma Health NE Richland MACC is a four-story, 135,000-square-foot medical center intended to expand patient care across Northeast Columbia. The steel-frame facility integrates imaging, labs, physical therapy and rehab, oncology, pharmacy and ambulatory surgery with two operating rooms, endoscopy facility and sterile processing. Imaging includes MRI, CT, x-ray, ultrasound, mammogram, and EKG. Orthopedic, cardiology and family practice strengthen specialty care, while PT offers occupational therapy workstations, weightlifting and turf training.
