Jennifer McAlister | LS3P

Architecture, interiors, and planning firm LS3P is pleased to announce that Jennifer McAlister, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, has joined the firm as a Business Development Professional in the Greenville office. McAlister is an accomplished leader in business development, operations, and marketing, recognized for her expertise in commercial interiors and construction. Throughout her career, McAlister has excelled in roles that require both strategic vision and hands-on execution—serving as a connector, educator, and facilitator across diverse teams and stakeholders.

McAlister has deep ties to professional and community organizations in the Greenville-Spartanburg area and across the AEC industry. She has served as a past board member for the Clemson Advancement Foundation for Design + Building, and past chairman of the Baptist Hospital Easley Foundation. She is the membership chair for CREW Greenville, a LEED Accredited Professional (USGBC), and a member of the City of Easley Architectural Review Board. Her engagement includes speaking at conferences such as the SC Hospital Association and PHTS Task Force, and participating in organizations like SCEDA, AIA, CREW, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and Rapport Leadership International.

In her new role at LS3P, McAlister will expand the firm’s presence in the Greenville area and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the region.
