Keller Kissam leads Dominion Energy South Carolina, overseeing approximately 3,500 employees. Born and raised in Creston, South Carolina, a town of 33 residents, Kissam earned a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, where he served as Regimental Commander of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets. He received an Honorary Doctorate in Business from The Citadel in 2015 and is a member of The Citadel’s Business Hall of Fame.

Kissam serves as a board and executive committee member for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Palmetto Business Forum. He formerly served as Chairman of both the Central South Carolina Economic Development Alliance and the Southeastern Electric Exchange. His past board service includes the South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance and Clemson University Board of Visitors. He also served as President of the South Carolina Independent School Association.

Currently, Dominion Energy and Santee Cooper are constructing Canadys Station, a natural gas facility in Colleton County that will provide approximately 2,000 megawatts of electricity to power half a million homes.
