Rodger Fuller oversees Sonoco’s consumer and industrial operations globally as chief operating officer, along with the company’s Supply Management, Information Technology and Automation and Robotics organizations.

Fuller has built his career at Sonoco over nearly 18 years, progressing through multiple leadership roles. He previously served as executive vice president of Sonoco Global Operations and held several senior vice president positions, including leadership of Global Consumer Packaging, Display and Packaging and Protective Solutions. Earlier roles included senior vice president of Paper and Engineered Carriers US/Canada and Global Display and Packaging, and group vice president of Paper/Tubes and Cores in North America.

Throughout his tenure, Fuller has remained active in industry and community organizations. He serves on the boards of the Sonoco Foundation, The Paper and Packaging Board, American Forest and Paper Association, Hartsville United Way, South Carolina Governors School for Science and Mathematics Foundation, and American Heart Association.

Fuller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Berry College in Rome, Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta.
