ProPak Logistics leased 102,261 square feet at 380 John Dodd Road in Spartanburg from property owner MSG 380 LLC, which was represented by Randall Bentley, Micah Williams, Andrew Harrill and Jordan Skellie of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg. ProPak Logistics is expanding their operations in the Upstate, according to Lee & Associates.
“This lease highlights the continued demand for high-quality industrial space in Spartanburg,” Bentley said in a news release. “We are thrilled to help facilitate ProPak Logistics’ growth in the area.”
Rich Bennett and John B. Wright Jr. of McCoy Wright Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, Brad K. Richardson, in the sale of 14,000 square feet of office space at 129 N. Main St. in Anderson for $2,450,000.
