ProPak Logistics leased 102,261 square feet at 380 John Dodd Road in Spartanburg from property owner MSG 380 LLC, which was represented by Randall Bentley, Micah Williams, Andrew Harrill and Jordan Skellie of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg. ProPak Logistics is expanding their operations in the Upstate, according to Lee & Associates.

“This lease highlights the continued demand for high-quality industrial space in Spartanburg,” Bentley said in a news release. “We are thrilled to help facilitate ProPak Logistics’ growth in the area.”

Rich Bennett and John B. Wright Jr. of McCoy Wright Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, Brad K. Richardson, in the sale of 14,000 square feet of office space at 129 N. Main St. in Anderson for $2,450,000.

John Wright Jr. of McCoy Wright Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, Care Central Rx LLC, in the lease of 4,800 square feet of flex space at 121 Prosperity Blvd. in Piedmont.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 944 square feet of office space in Suite 1117 at 301 N. Main St. in Greenville to Caelis Inc.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, First Citizens Bank & Trust, in a lease renewal of 4,432 square feet of office space in Suite 200 at 325 W. McBee Ave. in Greenville to BDO USA LLP.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, CPS – Greenville ASC LLC, in leasing 4,927 square feet of office space located at 56 E. Antrium Drive in Greenville from Olive Branch Properties LLC.

Andreas Heinzelmann of Pintail worked closely with his buyer client, a Southeastern-focused automotive dealer, to identify and purchase a 71,675-square-foot industrial building located at 104 Coleman Blvd. in Savannah.

Brian Scurlock and Reynolds Flowe of Pintail represented the landlord, Signet Tiger Realty LLC, in the lease of a 3,200-square-foot retail space at 412 College Ave. in Clemson to tenant, Peach.

Stewart Johnson, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail represented the buyer, Buxton Holdings LLC, in the purchase of 67,000 square feet of industrial space in a building located at 1290 Ridge Road in Greenville from seller FRC Auto SC LLC.

Michael Tanbonliong and Palmer Thompson of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlords, Kenneth and Rhoda Flynn, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 118 N. Church St. in Duncan. The lessee was AHC Communications Inc.

Robbie Romeiser, Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the tenants, Jarba Barbershops LLC, in the lease of 1708-A Augusta Road in Greenville, a retail spot with 1,610 square feet of space. The lessor is Lewis Plaza Partners LLC.

Robbie Romeiser, Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the tenants, Jarba Barbershops LLC, in the lease of Suite 25 at 25 Milestone Plaza in Greenville. The leased 1,200 square feet of retail space from Milestone Corp.

Sliced by Coates LLC, doing business as Blaze Fast Fired Pizza, leased 2,100 square feet of retail space at 861 Double Bridge Road in Boiling Springs from 861 Double Bridge Holdings LLC. Craig Jacobs of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the tenant.

Lowcountry

Jon Chalfie and Hailey Clifton of Landmark Enterprises represented the buyer, TADA Holdings LLC, in the sale of 2,249 square feet of office space at 171 Church St. in Charleston in Suites 310 and 312, for $790,000. Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the seller.
