Colliers South Carolina’s Rox Pollard III represented the landlord, Visions Holdings, in the leasing of 4,767 square feet of space at 902 Gervais St. in downtown Columbia to The Champagne Lounge & Restaurant, bringing the property to full occupancy.

“Columbia welcomes The Champagne Restaurant & Lounge, the city’s newest upscale dining destination,” Pollard, a brokerage associate with Colliers, said in a news release.

“The restaurant and lounge offers a luxurious experience that combines modern American and global cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere,” they stated in the news release. The interior features bronze and gold accents, a private dining room and an outdoor patio.

“Our goal with Champagne is to create a place where people can celebrate life’s moments in elegance and style,” they said in the release.

Originally built in 1903 as the Seaboard Railroad Station, the building reflects its industrial heritage. It is located in the revitalized Vista district which features a blend of historic and modern developments. Alongside The Champagne Restaurant, 902 Gervais St. also houses Longhorn Steakhouse, Peebles Wings Vista and Jay’s Bar and Grill.
