Charleston Hospitality Group joins Anthropic AI network

Charleston Hospitality Group joins Anthropic AI network

Hospitality Group, the management company behind Toast All Day, Eli’s Table, and John King Grill & Dueling Piano Bar, is to join Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network.

The Claude Partner Network was created by Anthropic, an AI safety and research company, in 2026 and had a $100 million investment in training, technical resources and market development.

CHG is the first Lowcountry hospitality group to join the Anthropic program, which was created to help businesses implement solutions into their operations, according to a news release.

“Hospitality will always be about people,” , CHG marketing director leading the initiative, said in the release. “Artificial intelligence doesn’t replace human connection; it enhances it. By removing repetitive tasks and streamlining operations, AI allows our teams to focus on what matters most: creating memorable guest experiences, supporting our communities, and building stronger relationships with our customers. We’re honored to join the Claude Partner and excited about what this means for the future of hospitality.”

CHG is accepted into the program after over a year of implementing Claude in marketing, guest communications, operations, training and business intelligence throughout Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant and Savannah, the release said.
