Marin at Daniel Island brings luxury rentals to market

The Waterfront Daniel Island broke ground on the construction of a fourth collection of residences to the East West Hospitality portfolio, the first to be available for rent.

Marin at The Waterfront Daniel Island is part of phase four, which will offer 128 new apartment units spread throughout two buildings within the community, according to a news release. Prior to the apartments, communities in the first three phases of The Waterfront included houses, townhomes and condos available for purchase. 

“Following the success of The Waterfront’s first three collections, we are thrilled to introduce Marin to prospective renters as a first-of-its-kind offering set in the heart of this waterside village,” Harriette Calder, East West Partners’ senior vice president of development, said in the release. “Marin has been meticulously designed to invoke the marsh surroundings while delivering a rare opportunity to rent luxury residences within The Waterfront on Daniel Island, which offers a lifestyle that is simply unmatched.” 

Monthly rent for the one- to three-bedroom units, which range from 777- to 1,798-square-feet, will begin at $3,000, according to the release.  

The apartment units include workspaces, in-unit laundry and garages. According to the release, Marin will have a club room, fitness center, work pods, pool, pet spa and on-site leasing office. The Waterfront campus also offers two public docks with boat slips and moorings.

J. Banks Design Group is leading the interior design, Housing Studio is serving as the architect and W.M. Jordan Company will be the contractor, according to the release.
