New division president appointed for Charleston homebuilder

Having moved from Maryland to Wyoming, to most recently, Florida, Ryan Johnson has taken a new South Carolina position as division president for the Ashton Woods homebuilder Charleston and Myrtle Beach divisions.  

Johnson joined the two South Carolina teams from West Palm Beach, Fla. where he served for five years as the division vice president for NVR-Ryan Homes. Ashton Woods said he led the growth and performance of the Treasure Coast division.  

“Ryan’s extensive experience building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence makes him an ideal leader for our Coastal Carolina division, including Charleston and Myrtle Beach,” Dan Fitzpatrick, regional president of Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes, said in the news release. “His deep understanding of the homebuilding process and market strategy, combined with his collaborative leadership approach, positions us well to deliver exceptional homes and experiences to families throughout the region.”  

Beginning his career in Baltimore, Johnson received his business administration degree from the University of Wyoming. According to the release, he has held multiple positions with NVR and has over 20 years of homebuilding leadership experience.
