Founder and CEO

Benjamin Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a Sustainable Management Certificate from Duke University. He began his career as an engineering and design team leader, applying engineering principles to solve complex problems.

Moore founded Bubble Paper, a manufacturing company developing sustainable paper-based packaging solutions. Under his leadership, the company has grown to approximately 40 employees and expanded its U.S. manufacturing footprint with new production facilities in Stockton, Calif., in 2024 and Texas in September 2025. The company recently launched 24-inch Bubble Paper Wrap protective packaging and Bubble Paper Wine Shippers for the cold chain sector.

Moore actively supports workforce development through the Skillionaire Games initiative and holds memberships in the Carolinas Recycling Association, PMMI, Sustainable Packaging Coalition and Sustain SC. He previously served on the Clemson FRESH board.

“Success is building something that outlasts you — a company that makes the world better, creates jobs and inspires others to think differently about what’s possible,” Moore said.

Moore is currently pursuing his pilot’s license.
