Project description: This 150,000-square-foot facility will house primary-care and specialty physician offices, physical therapy, and laboratory and imaging services that include X-ray, CT and ultrasound facilities, along with the area’s only emergency department. The facility includes 3,000 amp electrical service, stainless steel process piping, and an 8,300-square-foot office component, with expansion potential to 200,000 square feet.
