Project description: This project consists of a 160,250-square-foot transload facility adjacent to the Hugh Leatherman Port Terminal with direct access to the Port Access Road and Pittsburgh Avenue. It is constructed on the former Macalloy Corporation Superfund site, which underwent extensive remediation in 2005. The project is zoned for heavy industrial uses and includes trailer and container storage yards with a large wet detention and underground stormwater management systems.

Project description: With its coastal colors and nautical theme, this boat dealership is designed to be inviting, cohesive, and practical. The gabled form, shiplap accents and exterior cladding aim to tie together the Lowcountry look with the existing Sportsman’s Island look. The design includes a lounge that overlooks a boat driveway for new purchase and an exterior boat showroom visible from most of the building.

Project description: This project comprises an approximately 35,680-square-foot tilt-up concrete building on 12.435 acres. Features include a 24-foot eave height, 10 drive-through bays, a dock-high door, and approximately 5,000 square feet of office space. A 4.5-acre concrete yard supports heavy vehicles, supplemented by 50 auto spaces. The design offers flexible industrial and commercial capabilities.

Renovation & Expansion of Evans Building for Nursing School

The intent of this project is to renovate 13,223 square feet of the existing first floor within the Evans Building to accommodate SCC’s growing nursing program. Modifications to the first floor include new lecture halls, classrooms, a skills lab, simulation labs, offices and administrative spaces as well as informal areas for students.
