Vitré Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Lems Bluff Partners LLC, in the lease of 2,013 square feet of office space at 1321 Ashley River Road in Charleston to Westervelt Ecological Services LLC.

James C. Harrison III and Coleman Davis of Cypress Commercial & Investment Real Estate represented the seller, Hartsville Mall Co., in the sale of 124,232 square feet of shopping center space at 801-825 S. 5th St. in Hartsville for $3,750,000.

Avison Young’s Leslie Fellabom & Kaitlyn Bridges represented Mazyck Holding LLC in the leasing of 5,348 square feet of office space at 4401 Belle Oaks Drive in North Charleston to Brown & Brown Insurance Services.

Avison Young’s Courtney Kuhn represented Bill Hall Company LP in the lease extension of 3.5 acres of industrial land at 6627 Jet Park Drive in North Charleston to Horizon Freight Systems Inc.

Crawford Riddle, Todd Garrett and Tradd Varner of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, NA3 Properties LLC, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Suite 118 at 622 Old Trolley Road in Summerville to Get Out and Live LLC.

Jeremy Willits, Gerry Schauer, Mac Wiseman and Jeremy Willits of Harbor Commercial Properties represented the landlord, 18 Broad LLC, in the lease of 1,550 square feet of office space in Suite 12 on the second floor at 18 Broad St. in Charleston to Old Charleston Walking Tours.

Midlands

200 Center Point Circle in Columbia, a 76,596-square-foot office building on 5.05 acres known as the Berkeley Building, sold for $16.1 million. Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia represented the transaction.

John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee with NAI Columbia represented the landlord and owner in leasing 2,770 square feet of flex space at 1053 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington County.

Jeff Hein and Will DuPree of NAI Columbia represented the landlord in leasing Suite 300 of the Landmark IV building in Forest Acres. The tenant will occupy 9,094 square feet in the office building.

Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly with NAI Columbia represented Local Boy Outfitters in a 56,160-square-foot lease at the Gateway 1 building in 803 Industrial Park.

2900 Leesburg Road in Columbia, a 1,200-square-foot retail space in the Leesburg Village shopping center, secured a new lease. Patrick Palmer, Bobby Balboni and Sam Edens of NAI Columbia handled the transaction.

Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Josh Seibert of Colliers South Carolina represented Burgess Investments in the lease of 1,217 square feet of retail space at 1143 Woodruff Road in Greenville to Waxing the City.
