HOT PROPERTIES: Trinity Partners handles Columbia medical property deal

Trinity Partners handled the lease and sale of a medical investment property located at 460 Clemson Road in Columbia.

The property, a 3,280-square-foot medical office building, previously served as the home of Kraemer Women’s Care.

Bruce Harper, founding partner with Trinity Partners, secured a long-term lease for the property. Following the lease execution, Harper also represented the seller in the disposition of the property.

The property was acquired by a South Carolina-based investor, represented by Rob Lapin, partner at Trinity Partners.

Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia sold approximately 6.06 acres at the corner of Augusta Road and Cedarcrest Drive near downtown Lexington. The land sold for $1.2 million.
