Trinity Partners handled the lease and sale of a medical investment property located at 460 Clemson Road in Columbia.
The property, a 3,280-square-foot medical office building, previously served as the home of Kraemer Women’s Care.
Bruce Harper, founding partner with Trinity Partners, secured a long-term lease for the property. Following the lease execution, Harper also represented the seller in the disposition of the property.
The property was acquired by a South Carolina-based investor, represented by Rob Lapin, partner at Trinity Partners.
