Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia handled the sale of 3200 Lyles St. in Columbia, a 1.95-acre mixed-use site that sold for $625,000.

A 1.02 outparcel at Highway 9 and Highway 905 in North Myrtle Beach sold for $450,000. Jack Springs of NAI Columbia handled the transaction.

202 Rhomboid Place in North Augusta, a 1.89-acre mixed-use site, sold for $450,000. Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia were brokers for the transaction.
