Dingle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic facilitated the sale of a 0.96-acre parcel located at 3675 Savannah Highway on Johns Island, representing the seller in the $855,000 transaction. Will Sherrod of NAI Charleston represented the buyer, Take 5 Oil Change, which plans to open a new location on the site in early 2026.

Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia collaborated with Patrick Palmer, Bobby Balboni and Sam Edens of NAI Columbia in leasing 1,296 square feet of medical space at 6169 St. Andrews Road in Columbia.


Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia sold multiple properties in the new Platt Springs Crossing development in Red Bank. The Chipotle, located at 5456 Platt Springs Road, sold for $2.38 million. The Whataburger, located at 5440 Platt Springs Road, sold for $1.79 million.


Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia sold 1814 Dutch Fork Road in Irmo. The property sold for $1.65 million.


James D. Spangler of Fuzion Business & Real Estate Solutions represented the landlord, 364 LPR LLC, in the lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space at 364 Longs Pond Road Lexington to Exit 51 LLC. James D. Spangler of Fuzion Business & Real Estate Solutions represented the tenant.

William Mills and Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 3,605-square-foot retail building at 2344 Broad River Road in Columbia for $480,000.


Macon Lovelace and Nick Stomski of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 63,000-square-foot industrial building at 825 Garland St. in Columbia for $5.2 million.
