Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia sold 1.51 acres at Saluda Springs Road in Lexington for $210,000.


Peyton Bryant of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 1,785-square-foot office space at 1735 St. Julian Place in Columbia.
