Project description: The Lofts Clubhouse is a feature of phase two of the Lofts Downtown Nexton development. The space will feature an indoor/outdoor kitchen, lounge and activity center, a resort-style pool with tanning shelves, fire pit with seating areas, private cabanas, outdoor café tables and bar area and a dog park.

Project description: Mankiewicz Coatings partners with Choate for its third Charleston project, doubling operations to meet demand. The expansion includes a three-story logistics facility and a one-story warehouse for high-hazard materials. Features include a canteen, logistics center, seven loading docks, mezzanine with amenities, and third-floor training rooms, office space and future lab expansion. Sitework includes infilling a pond, a new truck dock and expanded parking to support workforce growth.

Project description: This new 24,000-square-foot facility, to be built on a 3.5-acre campus, will enable Meals on Wheels of Greenville County to prepare and deliver meals to the needy at triple its current capacity. The design features a 15,000-square-foot kitchen with 5,000 square feet of dedicated food storage, plus corporate offices, open workstations, board room and a wellness room. The site includes a circular drive for volunteer meal pickups, an amphitheater for community events and space for future growth.
