Unity Village townhomes break ground near Greenville’s Unity Park

A new townhome development called Unity Village has broken ground near Unity Park in Greenville’s Southernside neighborhood.

Developed by Vi Development and built by Vi Construction, this 21-unit community is located at 420 Birnie St. Pre-Sales are available now, according to a news release.

Unity Park is a 60-acre urban green space with direct access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, event spaces, dog parks and community gathering spots.

Each townhome will feature approximately 1,800 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and upscale finishes like quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, and open-concept layouts designed for everyday living and entertaining.
