BBG Construction Law expands into South Carolina with new Charleston office

BBG Construction Law has expanded into South Carolina with the opening of its Charleston office on August 1, 2026.

Founding partner Buck Beltzer has relocated full time to South Carolina to lead the firm’s Southeast practice. A former civil engineer, Buck has spent his legal career representing contractors and other construction industry participants and will continue serving clients throughout the country from Charleston.

Founded in 2017, BBG Construction Law is a boutique law firm focused exclusively on the construction industry. The firm’s attorneys advise clients throughout the construction lifecycle, including contract drafting and negotiation, project counseling, risk management, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Many of BBG’s attorneys bring prior construction industry experience, providing practical legal counsel informed by firsthand knowledge of the business of construction.
