Charles & Associates acquires Brooks Electric in Greenwood

Charles & Associates, a home repair and remodeling services company, has acquired Brooks Electric LLC, an electrical services company in Greenwood.

“Bringing Brooks Electric into the fold allows us to expand the services we offer while continuing to deliver the trusted relationships and exceptional service people expect from our team,” Chad Charles, president of Charles & Associates, said in a news release.

According to Charles, adding Brooks Electric, LLC means:

• Expanded service offerings: Charles & Associates will offer full electrical services, from basic installations and upgrades to troubleshooting and complex wiring projects.
• Experienced team, familiar faces: All Brooks Electric staff will be staying on as part of the Charles & Associates team.
• A better experience: This acquisition enhances Charles & Associates ability to be a one-stop solution for home repairs, remodels and electrical needs.
