J.C. Wilkie Construction opens Lexington headquarters

J.C. Wilkie Construction has opened its new corporate headquarters in Lexington, a move the company calls a significant milestone in its plans for growth and long-term investment in operations, employees and clients.

The new site is on 8.8 acres and is designed to support the company’s expanding footprint and operational needs, according to a news release. The facility features a 6,200-square-foot office building alongside a 12,000-square-foot shop, complemented by a 2,500-square-foot mezzanine.

This purpose-built environment was designed to enhance efficiency across administrative, project management and field operations while providing room for future expansion, the company says.

“This new headquarters represents more than just a physical move — it’s a strategic step forward for our company,” owner and President Jason Wilkie said in the release. “As we continue to grow, this facility allows us to better serve our clients, support our team, and position J.C. Wilkie Construction for the next phase of success.”

The Lexington location offers improved accessibility and centralized operations, enabling stronger coordination between office staff and field teams. The expanded shop space enhances the company’s ability to maintain and manage its equipment fleet, while the modern office environment was designed to foster collaboration, innovation and productivity.
