Project description: This project includes renovation and conversion of an existing auto shop and construction of a new two-story, 18,000-square-foot mixed-use retail and professional office building. The new construction will feature a modern-industrial aesthetic with warm brick exteriors and exposed steel and timber elements. Renovations include new storefronts, windows, mechanical systems and interior finishes with exposed structural elements.
