For 46 years, Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc. has served as a trusted distributor of pipe, valves, fittings, commercial plumbing products, and engineered solutions across the Southeast. Founded in 1980 in Greenville, the company began as a single supply house supporting industrial and mechanical markets and has since expanded into a multi-location distributor with a broad regional footprint.
Under the leadership of Caleb Owen, Eastern continues to build on its founding principles while scaling operations through three distribution centers and 20 stocking locations across six states. Growth has been driven not only by product expansion but by a commitment to service, relationships, and long-term customer success.
A defining milestone in the company’s evolution was the establishment of Eastern Cares in 2002, reinforcing a culture centered on giving back and strengthening communities. That initiative reflects a broader philosophy known internally as The Eastern Way, which guides decision-making and reinforces values of care, continuous improvement, and responsible growth.
Today, with 450 employees, Eastern remains focused on delivering expertise-driven solutions, maintaining strong manufacturer partnerships, and investing in people.
