Lowcountry

Patrick Nealon and Hal Swanson of Woodlock Capital represented the buyer, Woodlock Capital, in the sale of 44,250 square feet of retail space at 1137 Johnnie Dodds in Mount Pleasant from B & L Partners LLC for $11 million. Bryan Delgado & Ed Williams of Roadstead Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.


Blair Hines Gearhart of Oswald Cooke & Associates LLC represented the tenant, Polish Pops LLC, in the lease of 22,680 square feet of flex space in Suite 105 at 437 Interlock Alley in Mount Pleasant. A global manufacturer recently chose another Interlock Alley unit for a $3 million upfit for its architectural wall production operation. Maars will bring 10 new jobs to the site.


Markus Kastenholz & Remington Beatty of Colliers South Carolina represented the tenant, World Overcomers Ministries, in the lease of 1,754 square feet of office space at 4130 Faber Place Drive in North Charleston to Reva Kay Ashley Corporate Center LLC.


Jarred Watts of Colliers South Carolina represented the tenant, Dr. Jason Soloman DMD, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of office space at 1051 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mount Pleasant.


Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord, Ruby Capital Partners LLC, in the lease of 3,700 square feet of flex space at 2138 Helm St. in North Charleston.


Vitré Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Rice Beans Potatoes LLC, in the lease of 1,515 square feet of retail space at 1200 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in  Charleston to Holy City Carts LLC.

Tommy Johnson of Colliers represented Baker Commercial Properties in the lease of 11,514 square feet of office space at 1400 Pickens St. in Columbia to USC Department of IT.


Grayson Greiner and Zach Lundberg of Colliers represented Wells Fargo Bank in the sale of a 4,902-square-foot office building at 8800 Farrow Road in Columbia to Drayton Parker Companies for $2,150,000.


Tommy Johnson of Colliers represented Matthew Mason Receiver in the lease of 3,802 square feet of office space at 1320 Main St. in Columbia to GHD Inc.


Dallas Wright, in collaboration with John Gregory, of NAI Columbia, sold 73 acres of land on Lowcountry Drive in Ridgeland for $365,000.


Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia sold 729 W. Main St. in Pickens. The property sold for $350,000.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 4.4 acres of land at the corner of Frost Avenue and Monticello Road. The land sold for $170,000.
