Ashley Jackrel of Avison Young represented Long Point Center in the leasing of 540 square feet of office space at 503 Wando Park Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to First Tuesday Strategies.


Ashley Jackrel of Avison Young represented 6-12 Dairy Mkts Inc. in the sale of 1.367 acres of land located at 0 Ashley River Road in Charleston to Complete Glass Group for $305,000.


Julia Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic successfully represented both the seller, Yuan Yuan 29406 LLC, and the buyer, Sumo 29407 LLC, in the sale of Ginza Japanese Grill/Restaurant, located at 5647 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston. The transaction involved a 3,000-square-foot restaurant space.

Walter Reid of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, RecDirect Inc., in the lease of 7,200 square feet of industrial space at 5071 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston.


Taylor Sekanovich of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Harper Jaenicke LLC, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of office space in Building B, Unit A, at 890 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Frank Harper.

Kip Bowman and Sara Bodell of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller in the sale of four acres of land at 0 Sol Farm Road on Johns Island.


Midlands

Jack Springs, Patrick Palmer, Bobby Balboni and Sam Edens of NAI Columbia leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at 10254 Two Notch Road in northeast Columbia, bringing the center to 100% occupancy.


Noah Moore of NAI Columbia leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 471-13 Town Center Place in the Village at Sandhill.


The NAI Earle Furman Property Management Columbia team has retained management with the new owner of 2708 Clemson Road. The  8,200-square-foot retail center is currently home to East Bay Deli, Clemson Modern Dentistry and Alpha Nail Spa, and sits in the heart of the northeast Columbia retail corridor.


Bill Lamar, John Gregory and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia, in collaboration with John Baldwin, Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer, 203 Echelon LLC, in the purchase of a 5,113-square-foot industrial building located at 203 Echelon Drive from Tam Echelon LLC.


William Mills and Robbie Cook of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 2,400-square-foot retail space at 250 East Gate Drive in Aiken.


Meredith Rhodes of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 4,000-square-foot industrial building at 1017 Ferguson St. in Columbia.
