Featuring 70 rental units with long-term affordability secured by the Authority, the project also includes a family shelter for 65 women and children, along with retail, office spaces and parking enhancements.

Project description: Palmetto Coast Industrial Park expands with Edgewater Ventures, adding a 178,500-square-foot tilt-wall warehouse, its third facility and second speculative build. Positioned between two buildings, it features storefront glass, 26 manual and two electric overhead doors, and a 32-foot clear height. Optimized for logistics, it includes strategic bay spacing and a 60-foot loading bay as well as load-bearing tilt-up panels.

Project description: This new 6,000-square-foot worship facility features heavy timber construction with high ceilings. Wood framing and siding help the building maintain the feel of the Lowcountry. The building features a bell tower with an 1857 Naylor and Vickers steel bell.
