Project description: The new Upward Sports office building combines wood-look veneers, masonry, and metal accents, all framed by large windows and refined finishes. Soft light fixtures and clerestories create a bright, inviting interior. Inside, an office suite and flexible open space support both focused work and team collaboration, with custom millwork and design details enhancing functionality.

St. Matthew United Methodist Church

Project description: Construction of a new façade around the entire sanctuary is addressing structural deterioration in the original 1950s building. The project includes selective demolition, installation of a new rain barrier system over the existing structure and a full roof replacement. A dry-design metal panel system will wrap the building, with polyisocyanurate insulation, fluid-applied vapor barrier and metal furring to ensure a watertight envelope.

Project description: This project in Carnes Crossroads included metal framing, decorative metal and detailed carpentry, along with custom casework, countertops, and doors and frames. The exterior features storefront and curtain wall systems. Interior finishes include flooring, carpet and tile, all selected for durability and aesthetics. Acoustical treatments were also integrated to enhance sound control and comfort throughout the space.

Project description: This project is a new assembly A-3 gym space for dance and gymnastics use. It will be a non-separated space and fully sprinklered. The construction type is combustible construction (type V-B). There are also business support spaces, indoor play areas and storage. The second floor supports duplicate rooms and is under 3,000 square feet; it does not require an elevator.

Project description: Harbor delivered an 11,000-square-foot office building from the ground up, including all sitework, underground stormwater detention, and construction of an L-shaped design that preserves a 49-foot live oak. Brick pilasters and textured detailing reflect the surrounding landscape, creating a space rooted in the Lowcountry.

Project description: Uptown Carnes Crossroads is a new, mixed-use commercial development designed to be a gathering place that is equal parts shopping, dining, working and playing. Phase II of the project consists of Buildings 6, 7 and 8. The structures will be gray shells with business occupancy tenants within either a one- or two-story building. A grand lawn, promenade lawn, and all associated sitework and utilities are included in the scope of work.
