Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison of Colliers South Carolina represented Heights Finance in the leasing of 12,856 square feet of office space at 101 North Main St. in Greenville.

Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison of Colliers South Carolina represented DOE Real Estate in the sale of a 7,436-square-foot medical office building at 317 Tanner Road in Greenville to Be Bold.

Colliers South Carolina represented Caprocq Greenville in the lease of 6,497 square feet of office space at 15 South Main St. in Greenville to Insight Global. Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison handled the deal on behalf of Colliers.

Greyson Furnas and John Montgomery of Colliers South Carolina represented EGMP 391 Serpentine in the lease of 4,858 square feet of medical office space at 391 Serpentine Drive in Spartanburg to Jim DeBloom.

Bobby Lyons and Luke Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the tenant, Bericap, in leasing a 113,526-square-foot industrial facility for five years at 7038 Spartan Enterprise Drive in Spartanburg.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Spiers of Pintail represented the buyer, Kanine LLC, in the sale of a 10,908-square-foot retail space at 6201 Augusta Road in Greenville from the seller, Green Dollar LLC.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Spiers of Pintail represented the seller, Nasi LLC, in the sale of a 2,600-square-foot retail and office space at 1263 S. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville to the buyer, Glass Drops Inc.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines represented the buyer of property at 103 Turpin Road in Inman, a 1,800-square-foot industrial building on 1.6 acres. The buyer was DGI Metrology – Dimensional Gauge, which paid $375,000 to seller Mallia Properties LLC.

The properties at 2346 and 2358 Old McDuffie Road in Augusta, totaling 7.05 acres of land, sold for $120,000. The buyer, represented by Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines, was Nidhiksha LLC, and the seller was Glenn William Disney, executor of the estate of Betty J. Disney.

The property at 4342 Old McDuffie Road in Augusta, consisting of 4.05 acres of land, sold for $120,000. The buyer was Nidhiksha LLC, and the sellers were Richard Bruce Weiss and Deborah Johnson Weiss. Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines represented the buyer.

Midlands

Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia represented the buyer of the Berkeley Building, a 74,069-square-foot office building at 200 Center Point Circle near Columbia. Center Point Business Park is a Class A office complex located in the St. Andrews suburban submarket of Columbia.

Danny Bonds of Colliers represented K&B Investments II LLC in the lease of 2,400 square feet of retail space at 1216 W. Main St. in Lexington to Enrich Wellness.

Tommy Tapp of Colliers South Carolina represented LTS South Carolina Properties LLC in the leasing of 1,942 square feet of retail space at 8313 Two Notch Road in Columbia.

Zach Lundberg of Colliers South Carolina represented Southeastern Stages in the leasing of 1,920 square feet of retail space at 4045 W. Beltline Blvd.
