Auro Hotels adds Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown

- Auro Hotels adds the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown in partnership with T2 Hospitality
- The 135-room hotel is located at 50 W. Broad St. near Main Street and Falls Park
- The deal expands Auro’s Greenville portfolio to 1,150 hotel rooms
- Auro operates 39 properties and nearly 7,000 guestrooms globally
A home-grown hotel company with properties that stretch from Main Street Greenville to India has added another to its portfolio — this one not far from Main Street.
Auro Hotels has added the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown to its portfolio in partnership with T2 Hospitality.
The 135-room hotel, located at 50 W. Broad St. in Greenville, offers modern accommodations in a prime location close to the Peace Center, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Park on the Reedy, and Greenville’s award-winning Main Street, according to a news release.

We are especially excited to partner with T2 here in Greenville as we continue building on our legacy and love for this city.”
Auro Hotels owns and operates five other high-profile Greenville properties, including the Hyatt Regency Greenville, AC Hotel Greenville, the dual-branded Residence Inn/SpringHill Suites Greenville Downtown, and the Greenville Marriott on The Parkway. With a portfolio totaling 1,150 hotel rooms across the market, the company says the latest investment cements Auro’s position as one of Greenville’s leading hospitality companies.
