Crosspointe Plaza sold in Greenville retail corridor

Colliers arranged the sale of Crosspointe Plaza, a 124,375-square-foot shopping center in Greenville,. Scott Israel from Colliers’ Atlanta retail investment sales team represented the seller, Ziff Real Estate Partners, an owner-operator of neighborhood retail, self-storage, office and industrial properties.

Crosspointe Plaza was acquired by RCG Ventures, a real estate investment group that acquires and develops multi-tenant, anchored shopping centers.

Located at 824 Woods Crossing Road, the property is situated along Greenville’s Haywood Road/Woodruff Road retail corridor, directly adjacent to the Interstate 85/385 interchange and across from Haywood Mall, the region’s top‑performing shopping destination, according to Colliers. The center is currently 96.8% occupied and features a lineup of national tenants including TJ Maxx, Dollar Tree, DSW, Jasons Deli and Chipotle.

“The sale of Crosspointe Plaza highlights the strength of investor demand for best-in-class, necessity-based retail in the Southeast’s fastest-growing markets,” said Scott Israel, vice president at Colliers, in the news release. “Greenville’s powerful growth story, combined with the center’s irreplaceable location and top-tier credit tenancy, fueled an intensely competitive sale.”

Built in 1989, and renovated in 2013, Crosspointe Plaza sits on approximately 9.9 acres and benefits from good visibility, access and strong surrounding demographics, according to Colliers. The asset has consistently maintained occupancy above 96% , an average lease term of 7.3 years, and generates a stable income stream supported by long‑tenured national retailers.
