Recent commercial real estate transactions include a LEGO store in the Midlands.

Colliers South Carolina has secured a new tenant for Crossroads Commons Shopping Center, bringing Brick Box Toys to the Devine Street corridor. Colliers’ brokers Rox Pollard Jr. and Danny Bonds represented the landlord, and Rox Pollard III represented the tenant.

Brick Box Toys is a one-stop shop for Lego fans, specializing in buying, selling and trading new and used LEGO products, with a selection of rare and retired sets available.

The store owner is Jay Lesesne, who said in a news release: “As a graduate of both Dreher High School and the University of South Carolina I have strong ties to the Columbia community. I have always had a passion for LEGOs, and I am looking forward to offering a place for builders of all ages to buy, sell, trade and connect on everything Lego.”

Danny Bonds and John Gressette of Colliers South Carolina represented Richardson Plaza LLC in the lease of 2,285 square feet of retail space at 551 St. Andrews Road in Columbia to Jennifer Nguyen.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee with NAI Columbia represented the seller of 999 Harbor Drive in West Columbia. The approximately 11,433-square-foot industrial building sold for $775,000.


Nelson Weston, Tombo Milliken and Tom Milliken of NAI Columbia sold approximately 32.70 acres of land off Old Sandy Run Road near Sandy Run, South Carolina. The property sold for $750,000.


Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston with NAI Columbia sold 81.5 acres on Lookout Tower Road off Highway 34 in Ridgeway for $575,000.


Mac Fanning, Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia sold 101 North Royal Tower Drive in Irmo, South Carolina. The approximately 7,000-square-foot office building sold for $590,000.


Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers with NAI Columbia represented the purchaser in the sale of 25.34 acres in Irmo, South Carolina. The portfolio at 1625, 2627 and 1707 Hollingshed Road sold for $740,000.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 4,000-square-foot office building at 6316 St. Andrews Road in Columbia for $494,000.


Rob Lapin and John Coleman of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 1.33 acres at 1801-1901 Percival Road in Columbia for $350,000.


Peyton Bryant of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 3,525-square-foot medical office space at 115 Blarney Drive in Columbia.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 21,568-square-foot industrial building at 126 Atlas Road in Columbia.


Roger Winn, Braden Shockley and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 4,210-square-foot flex building at 4046 Fernandina Road in Columbia.


Peyton Bryant of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 6,915-square-foot office space at 200 Center Point Circle in Columbia.


Rob Lapin of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 3,016-square-foot office space at 2711 Middleburg Drive in Columbia.


Peyton Bryant of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of 2,000 square feet of office space at 3105 Devine St., Columbia.


Braden Shockley, Roger Winn and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the landlord, and Crawford Prezioso of Trinity Partners represented the tenant, in the leasing of 8,000 square feet of industrial building at 105 Ministry Drive in Irmo.


Upstate

Chris Philbrick, Dustin Tenney and Daniel Holloway of SVN Palmetto represented the seller, Wend (Spartanburg) Realty LLC, in the sale of 2,972 square feet and 1.12 acres of retail space at 2161 E. Main St. in Spartanburg to Rejoice Properties LLC for $1,550,000. SVN Palmetto represented the buyer.


Avison Young’s Courtney Kuhn represented the landlord, Design Street Properties, LLC, in a 14,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal situated on 2.35 acres located at 7101 Design Street, Building 600 in North Charleston, SC to Consolidated Pipe & Supply Company, LLC.


Craig Jacobs of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlord of 7770 Highway 9, Unit B, in Inman, a 2,400-square-foot retail space which was leased to Pennington Development LLC. The lessor was CB3 Legacy Group, doing business as The Cleaning Authority.


At 100 E. Main Street, Unit R1A, in Spartanburg, a 1,670-square-foot retail space was leased to Bare Beauty Loft LLC. The lessor was CMP 100 Main Street LLC, and Mike Tanbonliong of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlord.


Tyson Smoak, Matt Vanvick and Josh Tew of Pintail represented the buyer, FLI Stephenson LLC, in the purchase of three flex buildings totaling 102,150 square feet located at 720 Gracern Road, 720 Gracern Road (Building 400) and 714 Betsy Drive, in Columbia. The seller was ROIB 720 Gracern LLC.

David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail represented the buyer, Be Bold LLC and T317 LLC, in the purchase of a 7,436-square-foot medical office space at 317 Tanner Road in Greenville from the seller, Doe Real Estate LLC.
