Headquartered in the Lowcountry, Infinity Aviation Group has chosen Scott Zimmerman, a long-time business aviation executive, to serve as vice president of corporate development and strategy for the company, according to a news release.

Zimmerman will join Infinity, a fixed-based operator at New Hampshire’s Nashua Airport, with more than 20 years of experience in the business and finance end of aviation, according to the release.
“This well-funded FBO venture is positioned to redefine the general aviation experience, and I’m looking forward to contributing to its growth and strategic direction,” Zimmerman said in the release.
Prior to this position, Zimmerman served in senior positions for Jet Aviation, Leading Edge Jet Center, Hawthorne Global Aviation and Landmark Aviation, the release said. At Hawthorne Global Aviation, he helped grow the startup company to make more than $75 million in annual revenue with 250 employees.
“Scott is an incredibly valuable addition to our management team and has the right experience to help us expand to become one of the major business aviation providers in the industry,” Steven Levesque, CEO of Infinity Aviation Group, said in the release. “We have a strong track record of achieving success together at Leading Edge Jet Aviation and Hawthorne Aviation, and with our well-capitalized platform, Infinity is well-positioned to grow its national network of FBOs in the U.S.”
Infinity Aviation Group is working to improve and develop infrastructure such as FBOs and aircraft hangars. According to the release, in June the company acquired the complex at Nashua’s Boire Field with hangars, fuel farms and general aviation terminal facilities at Nashua Airport.
