Charles Carmody and Ryan Carmody of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord in the lease of 1,454 square feet of at 952 Houston Northcutt Blvd.


Charles Carmody and Ryan Carmody of CBRE Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 1.52 acres of land at 2571 Ashley River Road in Charleston.
