Tim Hagar with National Restaurant Properties represented the seller of Dashi/1262 Remount Road LLC in the sale of the property at 1262 Remount Road in North Charleston. Kaitlyn Bridges with Avison Young Represented the buyer.

Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, NA3 Properties LLC, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Suite 140 at 622 Old Trolley Road in Summerville to S&S Discount Flooring LLC.

Jordan Kelleher of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, NA3 Properties LLC, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Suite 132 at 622 Old Trolley Road in Summerville.

Avison Young’s Leslie Fellabom and Kaitlyn Bridges represented Long Poing Center LLC in the sale of 503 Wando Park Blvd., a 30,000-square-foot office property in Mount Pleasant $3.7 million. The purchaser, 503 Wando Park LLC, was represented by Cityvolve Commercial Realty.

Avison Young’s Tyler Smith represented Majestic Marble & Glass Inc. in the leasing of 3,200 square feet of industrial space in Suite 1 at 198 Regional Parkway in Orangeburg from Appian CRP LLC. NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord.

Taylor Sekanovich of Avison Young represented College Park Center LLC in the lease extension of 2,000 square feet of retail space at 113 College Park Center, Suite G, in Ladson, to 5 Star Beauty.

Upstate

John Wright Jr. of McCoy Wright CRE represented the seller, MSI Durham Center Property Owner LLC, in the sale of 17,330 square feet of retail space at 1626 N. Main St. in Anderson.

John Ruff of McCoy Wright CRE represented the buyer, Drake Family Properties LLC, in the sale of 52.2 acres of Land at 2100 Blue Ridge Blvd. in Seneca.

Max Kinser and Ben Wilson of McCoy Wright CRE represented the seller, Wesley Boggs, in the sale of 18,850 square feet of industrial space at 1046 Watkins Road in Anderson.

Craig Jacobs of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlord, Sonja Franklin, in the lease of a 673-square-foot office space at 9304 Asheville Highway in Inman to The Vintage Muse LLC.

4501 Old Spartanburg Road Suite 3 in Taylors sold for $430,000. The 2,284-square-foot office property was purchased by Da Silva Properties LLC from Banker Exchange LLC as Q.I. for Safrit Properties LLC. Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the buyer.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller of 3230 Parris Bridge Road in Boiling Springs. The 5,000-square-foot industrial property on 0.79 acres was purchased for $750,000 by J Wallace Holdings LLC from MCD of Spartanburg LLC.

Horizon Builders LLC purchased 225, 235, 245, 255 and 265 Gladys Court and Knollwood Drive in Spartanburg for $200,000. The 1.40-acres of land was purchased from Hugh’s Grand Properties LLC. Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller.

David Sigmon, Matt Vanvick and Tom McMeekin of Pintail represented the landlord, Carolina Capital Development LLC, in the lease of a 3,680-square-foot medical office space at 702 N. A St. in Easley to the tenant, St. Francis Physician Services Inc.

Stewart Johnson of Pintail represented the tenant, Faux Beauty LLC, in the lease of a 3,500-square-foot storefront retail space located at 191 Halton Road in Greenville from the landlord, HTM Properties LLC.

Rusty Hamrick and John Etheridge of Huff Creek Properties represented the seller in the sale of 50.7 acres of land located at 1609 Holiday Dam Road in Belton.

Rusty Hamrick and John Etheridge of Huff Creek Properties represented the seller in the sale of 109.85 acres of land located on Shady Grove Road in Sunset.

Dan Dunn and John Easterling of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of 30.08 acres of land located at 2467 Battleground Road in Cowpens.

Avison Young’s Will Hannah and Ned Reynolds represented TBR Greenville Lofts Property Owner LLC in the leasing of 1,253 square feet of office space at 201 Smythe St. in Greenville to ID Studio Interiors LLC.

Midlands

Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia handled the transaction for a lease at 200 Springtree Drive in Columbia, a 2,965-square-foot office property.

Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia handled the lease for 1735 Decker Blvd. in Columbia, a 2,800-square-foot retail property.

Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia were agents for the lease of 2550 Augusta Highway in Lexington, a 2,450-square-foot restaurant space.

Patrick Palmer, Bobby Balboni and Sam Edens of NAI Columbia handled three new retail leases at 6432 Two Notch Road in Columbia. The spaces were 1,864 square feet, 1,380 square feet and 1,236 square feet.

Crawford Prezioso of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of 6,539 square feet of office building space at 215 Stoneridge Drive in Columbia for $1,262,000.
