VisitGreenvilleSC has leased a 7,812-square-foot office suite on the fifth floor of Poinsett Plaza in downtown Greenville.
Colliers South Carolina brokers Taylor Allen and Max Field represented the landlord, Hughes Investments, and Bailey Tollison represented the tenant,
Poinsett Plaza is a Class A office building on Main Street in the heart of Greenville’s central business district. The property offers exceptional walkability and amenities, including two full-service restaurants, Nose Dive and Maestro’s Bistro, covered parking in an attached city garage and 24/7 on-site security with manned officers and card key access. Tenants have a direct connection to the historic Westin Poinsett Hotel.
