Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Pepperdam Industrial LLC, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 3260 Industry Drive, Unit 5, in North Charleston to Kerr Roofing and Sheet Metal LLC.

Kaitlyn Bridges of Avison Young commercial real estate represented Daniel Island Wealth Management in the leasing of 1,000 square feet of office space at 1041 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Chakeris Holdings LLC. Oswald, Cooke & Associates represented the landlord.

Dorchester Road Blair Hines Gearhart of Oswald Cooke & Associates LLC represented the tenant in the lease of 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 4115 Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Dixon Pearce of Darby Development Co. represented the landlord.

Midlands

Ryan McCue and Craig Waites of Colliers South Carolina represented the seller, Richland County Recreation Commission, in the sale of 36.35 acres of land space at 2225 Rimer Pond Road in Blythewood to Village Church Inc. for $1,495,000.

Dallas Wright of NAI Columbia represented the buyer in purchasing 611 E. Gilbreath St. in Graham, N.C.

Dallas Wright of NAI Columbia sold 16 acres of land in Gaffney. The property is located off Carolina Ridge Road and sold for $325,000.

Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia leased about 700 square feet of office space in Landmark Office Park near Downtown Columbia.

Kevin Pogue and Richard Barrett of Colliers represented the landlord, Kinney Hill Associates, in the lease of 11,300 square feet and 4,100 square feet of industrial space at 100 Corporate Center Drive in Spartanburg to Vikinor and Exoprint.

Bobby Lyons and Luke Lyons represented the owner, Heiche US Surface Technologies LLC, in the sale of 9.47 acres at 2790 Fairforest Clevedale Road in Spartanburg.

Spencer/Hines Properties agents represented both parties in the sale of 1,584 square feet of retail space on 0.25 acres at 1752 E. Main St. in Spartanburg for $325,000. Shyam LLC was the buyer, represented by Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. Mike Tanbonliong represented the seller, TNB Financial Services A Division of Thomasville National Bank as Trustee.

Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller in the sale of 1.07 acres of land on Cedar Springs Road in Spartanburg for $100,000. The buyer was Pierce-Parris LLC and the seller was Seyyed H. Anvaripour and Mehran Nayebi, Trustee.
