Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson of Colliers represented the landlord, Realop Investments LLC, and Tommy Tapp represented the tenant, Stewart Title Guarantee Co., in the lease of 3,248 square feet of office space at The Tower at 1301 Gervais in Columbia.

Danny Bonds of Colliers represented Larry Collins in the lease of 1,900 square feet of retail space at 2800 Devine St. in Columbia to Southern Tide.

John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 640 St. Andrews Road in Columbia. The 12,487-square-foot industrial property sold for $1,085,000.

John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 6403 Two Notch Road in Columbia. The 4,000-square-foot industrial property sold for $250,000.

Macon Lovelace, Roger Winn and Braden Shockley represented the landlord in the leasing of a 2,695-square-foot office space at 2601 Laurel St. in Columbia.

Jake Nidiffer, Nick Stomski and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 5,454-square-foot office/retail building at 1712-1716 Main St. in Columbia for $1,025,000.

Bruce Harper of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 221.7 acres of land at Highway 225 S. Bypass and W. Alexander Road in Greenwood for $1.2 million.

Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 5,000-square-foot industrial building at 408 Buckner Road in Columbia for $387,000.

Macon Lovelace and Robbie Cook of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 5,385-square-foot office building at 1501 Richland St. in Columbia for $830,000.

Upstate

Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Josh Seibert of Colliers represented Greer Plaza LLC in the lease of 17,959 square feet of retail space at 805 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer to Chase’s Home Furnishings LLC.
