Chris Anderson of King & Society Real Estate represented the seller, Ford’s Redi-Mix Corp., in the sale of three acres of industrial space at 3397 Ladson Road in Ladson. Thomas Concrete announced earlier that it had purchased the concrete company, which had been in business for 80 years.
Charleston-based commercial real estate developer Twin Rivers Capital LLC recently completed the sale of a 4,000-square-foot West Ashley office building located in Carriage Lane Office Park. The property was part of Twin Rivers Capital’s Workspace office portfolio, which includes six executive office buildings across Charleston. Twin Rivers Capital acquired, reconfigured and upgraded the building, bringing it to full occupancy. At the time of sale, the building remained fully occupied, reflecting strong demand for well-located executive office space in the Charleston market.
