Bryan Fogle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Rise and Shine Breakfast Place, in securing a lease for approximately 3,424 square feet of restaurant space at 1117 Central Ave. in Summerville. Reeves Major of JLL represented the landlord in the transaction. This new lease marks the second location for Rise and Shine Breakfast Place in the greater Charleston area, complementing its existing site at 4910 Ashley Phosphate Road. The restaurant is slated to open its doors in late 2025.

Vitré Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, US 52 Associates, in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space in Unit G at 8510 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston to Marina M. Gonzalez and Ricardo Luis Montero Castillo.

Gerry Schauer and Jeremy Willits of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, 18 Broad St LLC, in the lease of 150 square feet of office space in Suite 3 on the second floor at 18 Broad St. in Charleston. The space was leased to Frontier Growth.

Gerry Schauer and Jeremy Willits of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the seller, 17 Pinckney St LLC, in the sale of 2,024 square feet of office space at 17 Pinckney St., Charleston to 14 Anson St LLC.

Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic and Charlie Salmonsen of Salmonsen Realty successfully represented the seller, Banana Tree LLC, in the sale of a 4,670-square-foot office property located at 531 Folly Road in Charleston.
