Trinity Partners handled the sale of a 20,000-square-foot office building at 111 Lancewood Road in Columbia for $900,000.
The property was marketed for its proximity to Interstates 20 and 26, offering regional connectivity with easy access to downtown Columbia as well as other submarkets.
