Trinity Partners sells Columbia office for $900K

Trinity Partners handled the sale of a 20,000-square-foot office building at 111 Lancewood Road in Columbia for $900,000.

The property was marketed for its proximity to Interstates 20 and 26, offering regional connectivity with easy access to downtown Columbia as well as other submarkets.

Trinity Partners represented both sides in the transaction. Nick Stomski, founding partner; Jake Nidiffer, partner; and Ryan Causey, senior brokerage associate, represented the seller. Founding partner Macon Lovelace represented the buyer.
