Jeal-K Associates LLC, represented by Bridge Commercial, completed the sale of 1647 King St. Ext. to 4 Rivers Property Group for $4 million.
The 2.3 acre land will be developed into a self-storage facility by the Charlotte-based buyers. Construction is planned to being in January 2027.
“Bridge Commercial and Brooks Courtney successfully represented us in the sale of 1647 King St. Ext. for redevelopment into a self-storage facility,” Alex Mitchum, president of C&M Industries, said in a news release. “He helped navigate the property’s environmental challenges while keeping the transaction on schedule, which was critical to meeting our exchange timeline, and was a trusted adviser throughout the process.”
Working on the Bridge Commercial team for the sale was Hagood S. Morrison II, John Beam, Brooks Courtney and Graham Meisel.
