Project description: This project includes selective demolition of existing finishes and fixtures, metal stud framing for new interior partitions, and installation of casework and countertops. Work also includes interior doors throughout, an automatic entrance door system, and new flooring suitable for a commercial food retail environment. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems will be replaced with new installations to support refrigeration, ventilation, lighting and sanitary requirements.
